Wow wow wow!!! Servpro has literally saved my wallet and life from complete disaster. I had a little leak from my upstairs shower that would drip down to the floor on the first level. The ceiling was basically starting to collapse and there was mold growing.

I contacted servpro and denee was the best with helping me get someone out to me fast and she has wonderful customer service and she was just so nice! This was exactly the thing I needed when my day was ruined by a stupid leak.

Vince gave me a fair and great estimate and tried to keep my costs at bay. Jesse and Aaron were very nice and were my techs who fixed up my ceiling, dried it out and got rid of all the mold. They did an exceptional, thorough and efficient job!

I definitely recommend this company 10 out of 10 to anyone who needs fast response, extensive service and fantastic people to handle water damage!!

BEWARE! Called us FIVE YEARS after service and demanded $500 THAT DAY OR THEY WOULD SUE US. At first, I figured it was a scam. But I verified their phone number and that our association had used ServPro when there was a leak in a common wall at our association. So, FIVE YEARS LATER, I get a call demanding payment that day or else we would have to go to small claims court. Apparently, the owners have hired a woman named Stacy to go through all their old accounts and call people "who have accounts that weren't documented properly". Stacy, who was rude and really wound up, says that their old account manager "didn't keep proper records and we don't know if this account was fully paid". No matter how calmly I explained that this was through the homeowners association, she continued to yell and threaten. I asked her to email me a detailed description of my "account". I emailed her twice to remind her that I was waiting..... No response. Then, out of the blue, she calls again yesterday demanding cash. Is this business THAT DESPERATE?!? Their scary unprofessional and ILLEGAL practices are being reported to the FTC and BBB immediately.
