Having incorporated GentleWave into my endodontic practice for 5.5 years, I've consistently relied on Sonendo's exceptional customer support. However, I want to share some recent developments. Sonendo has made the decision to discontinue the GentleWave Preventive Maintenance Program for long-time G3 users like myself. It seems that this change is driven by the availability of their newer unit, the G4. While I understand the company's perspective, I hope they will reconsider this decision in light of the feedback they are receiving.

I have been using gentle wave since December of 2019 on all my root canal cases. The big difference in my practice has been no post operatives pain experienced by the patients. I think it is the best way to do root canals.
