I have been going to Alka Yuna Water for 3 years now and the store has top-notch customer service and is an excellent quality water store.

The staff, especially Sid is always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist. The water tastes clean and it is reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

Easy 5 star rating EXECPT the credit card machines on the outdoor water receptors don't work... I spoke to the owner, a very nice gentleman, he said they were too expensive to fix and they do work with "some" credit cards. What?
Super knowledgeable woman works there, really explains the incredible value of their products.
Competitive price, especially if you prepay. Still a customer but frustrated...

I appreciate the management listening to their customer's requests.

The customer service and quality/purity of water here is second to none, but now they have earlier operating hours on Tuesday/Thursday, which is a HUGE convenience.
