This is a fantastic shop to go to for e-bike or motorcycle needs. My husband went to this shop for years at its first location to get his motorcycle fixed. I bought our first e-Bike here and have loved riding it all over San Clemente. Then when I got a flat tire on my bike from riding it to much, I brought it in for a repair that they fixed quickly! Awesome customer service and friendly owners.

This place is a great stop for gear and quick repairs so long as you have patience and tact. I was riding Waterworks and my chain bent a spoke on my chain ring. Walked my bike back up being hopeful I could bend it back as I didn't have an adjustable wrench. Thankfully, they reassured me by bringing out their 2 foot wrench, we chuckled, 😂 and I said lets bend this thing back! After a few delicate pulls it was back aligned and I was able to get back on the trail for a few rides before sunset. It turned out to be a really great session.and thanks to the fellas at The Bike Den for their kindness. If you're in the area stop on by and give them a try.

Needed a tire put on my rim, so I called socal bike den and they said come on in. I had just bought a tire from cycle gear and expected my $240 front tire would be able to get installed while I wait, they said next day. Needed it now. Called the bike den and they knocked it out. My rim was not all scratched , they have a nice shop , great attitudes, I will certainly be back. Thank guy's great job.

Brought a motorcycle in for a service. Was greeted by a amazing staff had an excellent experience and my bike has never been better. Hands down a amazing shop to not only have your motorcycle worked on but bicycles as well. There's a lounge to wait in and many knowledgeable people hanging out. Located behind the Shell station.

What a great place! They repaired my mountain bike while I waited and was able to get right back on the local trails. Then brought my motorcycle in for full makeover. They turned it around quickly and it’s like new again! Top notch service and shop!

We bring our e-bikes and mountain bikes for service here for past couple of years but my son’s motorcycle got a flat tire so I called in to see if that is something they would do, and surely they service motorcycles for flat tires as well.

I wasn’t aware of their new location in Lake Forest so I had asked the tow truck to take the motorcycle to their Ladera Ranch location. At the time of drop off i learned that they had just moved a week ago and the tow truck was not willing to take the bike, but SoCal Bike Den offered to pick up the motorcycle with their van to transport it to this new location and we are very grateful for that!

Aside from their complementary gesture, their flat tires service was also more affordable than the dealership.
