I went into this facility and was met by two older women who were behind the counter with scowls on their faces. I kid you not! I thought, "Who are they upset with?" I said, "Hi, I have an appointment for TSA pre check." One lady said, "Come here and write your name down. She'll be with you in a bit." That little bit of customer service ended there. Then a younger woman standing in the back room said, "I need your birth certificate." I walked over and handed her my birth certificate. I tried to make small talk which she ignored. The barking of commands commenced. "Do this, do that. "Type your SSN, Thumb here, four fingers here...sit here, put your hair behind your ears." So I did. Again, "Put your hair behind your ears." "I said, I did." She watched me do it both times! She then said, "Go to the mirror. I look in the mirror and there are a few stray hairs in front of my ears. She could have easily pointed that out to me but instead just rudely barked orders. I then sit back down and she says, "Give me your credit card." Not one time did I hear, "please" "thank you." Heaven forbid, none of that. At this point I'm thinking, "Where did these miserable people come from? What happened in their lives to make them so disagreeable?" I asked if I was going to get a receipt. "No. You will get an email in 24 hours. You're done." Thank God. I couldn't get out of there quick enough. All I can figure is they all hate their jobs and their customers get the brunt of their misery. Unless you want to be made to feel like you are a bother to these employees, go elsewhere.

I came in for TSA Precheck and I had the worse experience ever. The owner was absolutely rude and the employee Maria also had a very bad attitude and not willing to help when asked. They both looked angry and NO customer service skills at also. Their machine is not working properly and they blame the customer hands, for not being able to take proper fingerprints. They were rushing me even though were no customers waiting.
If you need a TSA precheck please find another location.
These people do not deserve anybody business.

Maria helped me with notarizing a form needed for my daughters passport. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, you can tell she knows what she’s doing!
Everyone is always so kind and patient when I need help with shipping anything as well. Highly recommend!

TSA was super quick and easy I was a walk-in and was taken care of immediately. It was a little hard to find but I walked into the AIM mail center to ask for directions and what do you know, the tsa enrollment center is in there. If you’re going to get your tsa, it’s next to the subway near the staterbros and home depot.

I used to use this center few times and the price was reasonable. But now I found that they are just drop off center and you cannot experience full service like USPS and Fedex. The examples are I visited and tried to ship eBay package (Apple Watch) for USPS at this center. The center could not send mine and asked me to visit USPS because they could not find box for mine . Another one happened for Fedex drop off. I dropped off Fedex package and got their receipt and tracking number including package id. But when I check it online, the tracking number was invalid. I asked them what happens but what I got from them was "I don't know". So please keep in mind you can drop off, but do not expect any further. They will say "I don't know".

This store is amazing!!! Maria behind the counter is so sweet and helpful. She helps me with all my shipments and drop offs, she even gives me receipts for my drop offs. 🙂

The service was exceptionally slow and on a hot day waiting for 45 minutes with no air conditioning was very uncomfortable. I was surprised of the high rates. For example, a customer needed a stamp and was charged $1.00 for 58 cent stamp.
