Our Sales person Joseph made the difference. He was so helpful and went out of his way to help us in a non-pushy way. He informed us of great protection plan which we purchased from him and he made this large purchase a great experience. Very knowledgeable and welcoming.

Overall experience was good. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Armando. He welcomed us, told us about the deals, we said we wanted to just look around, he left us alone. It was great. Armando would come and check up on as here and there. Very pleasant customer service.

Unfortunately we did not buy anything, my wife and I just couldn’t agree on a sectional sofa. I wanted leather, she wanted fabric, I wanted a recliner, she wanted store place lol.

We’ll keep looking!

I’ve been to Jerome’s in Laguna Hills location a few times. Everyone is super friendly and I was greeted with a smile and information about specials going on. My salesperson was Joe, he helped me with what I was looking for and that was bed frames, and dressers.
He was very helpful and professional the whole time, I was impressed by his knowledge of the product. I ended purchasing items that we narrowed down to my specific needs, he was extremely patient, and I must say I took a while for me to decide particularly regarding the information Joe assisted me with, I was very pleased he directed me to make a good important decision to my needs or else if it wasn’t for Joe I would have purchased the wrong size bed frames. I highly recommend Joe to help with anyone needs. I will for sure see him next time I need something else.

Joseph welcomed us on Saturday and showed us around. He gave great details about the sofa I was looking at. Since it’s the first place, we had gone to we decided we wanted to look around at other stores. After doing so we chose to come back to Jerome‘s and have Joseph help us again. I purchased the original sofa that I looked at and another piece of furniture. Joseph was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. I will receive my furniture on Thursday.

Joe was a pleasure to deal with. He read us just right and left us to look until we actually needed his help, then when he did, he was knowledgeable and efficient. Unfortunately his colleague came over and tried to hard sell on extended warranty, which wasn't appreciated. Why butt in when you have no feel for the customer Especially when Joe had made the experience so pleasant.
We left happy and looking forward to our order arriving mostly because of Joe and his clear understanding of what we needed.

Don’t waste your money on their Furniture Protection scam.

We bought a sofa and dining table from Jerome’s and were pushed into buying their Furniture Protection plan with the promise that it would cover cleaning or replacement for common issues — even using the words “you could abuse it” and call the protection company whenever needed.

Fast forward four years — we finally reach out for a claim, and they deny every single request with ridiculous excuses:
• “The stain looks old”
• “It’s too small to cover”
• “This isn’t the right type of damage”

Basically, no matter what the issue is, they’ll find a way to say it’s not covered. It’s just a way to take more of your money with zero accountability.

Save yourself the frustration and money. Get your furniture from Costco or Ashley — better quality, better service, and no fake protection plans.
