The long wait and majority of staff in all levels do not have proper training to respond to the importance of the job and duties they are assigned to.
Most of them if they face a matter that they are not familiar with they will go along with their own assumptions with a firm tone instead of inquiring from their supervisor or etc.
they don’t pay attention to what they are doing and the supervisors do not have knowledge to troubleshoot the problem .

Good place. They always try to help you as much as possible. I am from Ukraine and I was very pleased and easy in this place. The main thing is to be honest always and everywhere. I wish everyone peace and goodness.

I just visited this place today and spent 3 hours there, but the actual interview took a maximum of 20 minutes.

The issue is that the front desk staff doesn’t know when the officers themselves will call the clients. Clients are called randomly.

I arrived in the morning, and they told me it would be about a 3-hour wait. Knowing this, I left to complete other tasks and returned in the afternoon, only to find out I had missed my turn. I understand that this can’t be changed—clients simply have to wait—so I stayed for about 2 more hours until it was my turn for the interview. Thankfully, the interview didn’t take long, and I was done before 4 p.m.

What you should do:
1// Always wait for your turn because clients are called randomly. DO NOT leave the place.

2// Regularly check with the front desk, as they might help you get called sooner.

3// Arrive in the morning, or you risk being asked to come back the next morning.

I had an appointment for 11am. An "appointment" means that a case worker should have me scheduled for that time block. But this was not the case. My appointment was thrown into the three hour wait process with everyone else and I had to practically beg to be given an interview. Unprofessional doesn't begin to cover it.

Various vagrant drug addicts seem to hang out around here at night and do drugs here almost daily now. Sheriffs don’t seem to care to enforce leguna hills’ no camping ordinance allowing them to shoot drugs and potentially break into nearby cars and businesses on and by this federal property

Great Service. Everyone seems to care! I love that people still love their love and enjoy what they do. It's incredibly invigorating and a comfortable feeling when you're feeling down, alone, hopeless, and at the end of your rope. Thank you, Staff!

I hate Laguna Hills Social Services office. If you go in you have to wait for hours some of the workers are too serious, bossy and rude.
What kind of government office are you running here? If you guys really don't want to work or answer your damn phones, why do you even list a few phone numbers as your office' contact number when nobody's home to answer the calls?!
There is always an annoying message, always!

What is the big deal about answering calls?
Why is it that we always have to listen to a lengthy message that's irrelevant to what we're calling about and then we have to get frustrated and hang up empty-handed because no one's willing to pick up the "decorative phone"?
Visiting your office in person is not all that peachy either.
When a person moves to Northern California I need to transfer documents do you expect them to drop in some 400 MI away for you to handle the paperwork or should you answer the calls?!

The annoying message that you have over your phone lines always directs us to go visit some damn website and do things online!!! Maybe we need to talk to a live customer service and have a unique situation or some question that's not always listed online?!
Why is everybody shying away from picking up the phone especially at some government offices?
Why the case managers never pick up their phone or answer their d a m n messages day after day and week after week?! Why do you guys even have a contact information?! Don't overwork yourself, Just stay home and rest already!
