Truck broke down in front of contra Costa Top Soil. Brake adjuster and spline were damaged. I was so grateful for a worker here who spent time to come outside and check on us and help with his experience and tools. He helped immensely. I'm sure proud to live in an America with people like him... While there, I looked at the top soil that was stacked. I must say. The soil looks great. Worth checking out

I called Contra Costa Topsoil in a pinch, as we needed a mulch delivery the next day. I spoke with Tonja, and she was able to work us into their "later in the day" Friday schedule, even though it was pretty clear that they had little to no openings to accommodate us. She called me at 8pm saying they were about to deliver and when I got home the mulch pile was waiting in my driveway. I would absolutely use Contra Costa Topsoil again. They are friendly, accommodating, responsive, competitively priced and they clearly go the extra mile for their customers, given they worked into a Friday evening for us.
