I only give this place 2 stars bc they have taught my son so much. But they are constantly closing due to Covid which I have been understanding of and still charging people tuition. They closed the last 2 weeks of summer and that was the last time my daughter would be there due to her going into middle school. I messaged and called multiple time to speak to the director and was always told that she was either not there or busy and would call me back. She still has not called me back. I messaged them in their app and said that my daughter would no longer be attending and to stop charging me for her. They still charged me. I paid my sons tuition but refused to pay for her since she no longer goes there. They turned him away bc I owed a “balance.” It was an embarrassing moment and the director STILL hasn’t contacted me. I put all my eggs in one basket with them and didn’t register for k4 public school so now I am at a loss of what to do with him since my husband and I work all week.
