I normally don’t donate plasma but whenever I do I always make sure I ask for Rebecca. She is very attentive to her patients and is always checking on the people in her section. When she sticks you she makes sure you are not uncomfortable in anyway and walks you through the whole process. The first time I went a couple months back she made sure my first time donating was easy and was checking on me nonstop. And ever since every time I get here she still is always very mindful of all the patients in her section. Truly the best worker they have on the floor.

Rude not professional!!! You were told what to do not explain my nurse was awesome and the last tech That I encountered at least have some information. This place lacks extreme customer service. No welcome for inviting service. Definitely need to be retrained. Everyone has a burn out in their job, but it is your priority and working with the public and make them feel safe and comfortable in this type of setting.

When you walk in for the first time donation you are promptly greeted, the new donor process is smooth and done with professionalism. The building is clean. The wait time in the chair to begin and after was not long at all despite them being a little short staffed they ALL work hard, they are kind and if you have questions they answer them without hesitation and without making you feel dumb for asking. They have great staff there! And I know many will wonder so I will say my payment was on my card promt before I ever got out the door.

I donated here not too long ago and had a great experience thanks to Rebecca! She is definitely the best stick in the building; all the others I’ve encountered have either bad attitudes or just plain don’t know what they’re doing. Rebecca made sure I was comfortable the entire time and handled me with care, I greatly appreciate how relaxed she made me and explained everything she was doing perfectly. SHES A BLESSING!!!!!!!!!

I enjoy donating but my donation fee continues to go down , so I don’t feel it’s worth the drive and time, which sometimes takes up to 2.5 hrs just to get to a bed. If the pay would be consistent like it was in the beginning, I will be happy to give. I was making $135.00 a week

I've been donating at this location for a year and I admire how the techs work so hard and are generally friendly. The donation rates are good and the addition of new machines has cut donation time in half.
Unfortunately, the past two months, an attitude change has happened and I do not know why. An irate tech was micromanaging me and I said, "Thank you for micro-managing me," and was flagged prior to my next donation for "a bad demeanor."
My wife was doing intake and was taking guff for her pre-donation meals which was funny because what the girl told her to eat were Cheez-its and a Nutrigrain bar, both garbage food in our book.
We don't need the attitude nor the lack of customer loyalty and are stopping donating altogether. It is unfortunate that a few bad apples can ruin the barrel, because I did enjoy donating there and I liked the extra spending cash.

Staff is always nice and the facility is consistently clean, even when it is busy. A wait is to be expected at peak times but they seem to do a good job of opening up additional beds to make room for intake.
