I hired this moving company for a move on 4/27/25. It was an awful experience, to say the least. The movers approached both me and my wife during the move stating that a second trip for the truck costs more money. To be clear, my contract with the company was for an hourly rate, not per truck trip. They suggested we handle the second trip outside of the official company channel through a direct cash payment.

The movers also smashed a $900 lamp during the move. Rather than telling me, I had to discover the discarded remnants of the lamp in a ditch outside of the storage facility used for the move. Only after I asked them about the lamp did they admit to breaking it. Furthermore, the claims department for the insurance I paid for denied my claim for the $900, and offered me $150.

Third, my children’s basketball goal mysteriously disappeared during the move. It made it on the truck, but it never made it to our storage unit. I still haven’t been given an explanation as to where it went.

Furthermore, the contract states that I would be contacted by an operational manager throughout the move day to ensure my expectations were being met. I was never contacted by anyone other than the movers.

This company is extraordinarily difficult to contact with satisfaction issues. When trying to reach someone at the company, I was put on ahold almost every call for over 20 minutes before I hung up.

I would certainly recommend you look elsewhere for a better moving company to serve your needs. Not only did they not live up to their contract with me, their movers were fraudulent and committed a theft of my personal property.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear off these folks.

Vee, Chris Scott, and Trey gave excellent service. Work done reliably. No damage and they’re very helpful moving furniture. They worked hard the whole time. I could not recommend them more highly. Would use again without hesitation. No tack on charges or surprises at all.

I recently hired All My Sons for my move from my business office in Daphne, AL to Robertsdale, AL. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.
First, let me start by saying that Jordan Lamberth and Christopher McKenzie (the movers) were absolutely great. They worked very effectively and handled everything with care.
Now, the reason for the one star review is directly related to Mike. Starting with the fact that he didn’t not provide his employees with the correct information. They showed up in a truck that was way too small for my moving needs and they were on a very tight timeframe. Additionally, the initial quote I received was significantly lower than the final bill. I was told that it would be $139 an hour and on the final receipt he changed me $169 an hour.
I made several attempts to reach out to customer service where I was met with delayed responses. My concerns about extra charges were not addressed satisfactorily.
I chose All My Sons based on their advertised professionalism and positive reviews, (which they pay their movers $10 extra for a review and they have you scan the QR code before they leave) but my experience did not align with those claims.
I hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions when selecting a moving company.

Joshua Lamberth, Tobias and Chris McKenzie did a great job. Super professional and did not mess around when it came to getting things done. Was very impressed at how quickly they got everything done. They all were very careful with my items and went above and beyond to make sure everything met our expectations.

HORRIBLE. Don't go down this rabbit hole.

It was supposed to be a simple move of just over 2 miles. We boxed everything (original boxes and packing) except for the large, heavy items which they were supposed to wrap. They sent two kids who had less than 3-weeks experience between them. The kids didn't know how to operate the tablet, so I never got a copy of the contract. They billed for the time the kids were trying to figure out how to work the tablet... They didn't have supplies (no cover for the Sleep Number Bed); it took them an hour (that was billed) to "wrap" it only to have the bubble wrap fall off as they slid the bed across the floor. They dropped the couch, bent the frame, and tore some of the leather. They dropped my stereo receiver; some of the inputs and outputs no longer worked. They managed to damage the legs to a mahogany table because these were not wrapped. They damaged the door to my wife's new washer and dryer set. The list goes on.

I completed and sent a claim form to the local manager (who is no longer with the company), per his request. It was somehow lost. Corporate lost track of my claim--which doesn't do a lot for their commitment to quality of service. Neither does their refusal to reply to my phone calls, which go to voice mail. Now, almost a year later, without a contract I have little or no recourse and just accept the thousands of dollars of loss. It isn't worth the effort to deal with them.

First photo is them damaging the bed by hitting the door knob. The bubble wrap they taped for protection fell off because they slid the bed over the floor. (This wasted almost an hour and two rolls of tape.) I had to remove the knob before they broke it off--the bed frame wasn't supposed to bend, but they tried for about 15 minutes.

We had an amazing experience with Joe, Norris, and Kaden from All My Sons Moving and Storage! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with all of our belongings. They handled everything with care, worked quickly, and made our move so much less stressful. They even went above and beyond to ensure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it in our new home. If you’re looking for reliable and hardworking movers, look no further—highly recommend!
