Great place for any woodworking related products. Family owned, awesome staff, and they also sell to the public. So if you are missing a few knobs or pulls in on your cabinets so by and see their showroom in of hardware, they will help every step of the way!

I purchased a set of vanity tops for the kitchen and bathrooms. The time that was said to have it arrive was 2 weeks behind, even though it wasn’t Mill’s fault due to today’s climate with everything going on so we understood. Once the tops came we still had to wait another two days(supposedly the tops came in late evening) but we were on a strict schedule and already behind-no problem we had to work around that. Now, once my contractor picked up the tops, the bathroom vanities was not the color we ordered, and once confirmed that the order was correct on our end, instead of calling us back they asked our contractor to convince us to keep the vanities because it cost more anyway because it was black! My contractor at our discretion tried 3 times to give the vanity back and they said to keep them! Never once called us back! After calling them they preceded to say they had a store in Pensacola that had our vanities in stock but will be the middle of next week to get them-the audacity! We came to the store to pick out something we really didn’t want but had to bc it’s costing us more money to pay our contractor. What’s even more disturbing they called us to say our vanity is ready to be picked up and to return the wrong vanities after we were told to keep them. So, not only we were put off for 2 weeks, wrong vanity color because of them but there wasn’t no incentive to make it right with the customer. I find this reprehensible and from someone who planned to do more business with them, they can care two bleeps-and that’s sad! Btw, this is my first ever review but I had to and everything is true!!

I carried measurements for kitchen and bathroom vanity countertops to the store the day we ordered. When we installed them, the depth on the bathroom vanities were 3 inches short. When I called them about it, the guy said they gave me standard depth (Even though I gave him the measurements of the cabinets). He said I would have to pay for the correct ones. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he would have to call me back. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard back from them yet. We cut 3 inches off of the cabinets and drawers to keep from dealing with them anymore. Don't waste your time. If there is a problem, it'll definitely be your fault.

I ordered my Bar tops over 9 months ago. I’m just now getting my order and it’s still wrong. 4 months ago they said my tops were in when I get there it’s was the wrong top and the measurements were off. I’m a small business and my customer is mad at me because I can’t finish a project that should have only taken 1 week. I will never go back!
