Very disappointed the bricks I purchased looked nothing like the sample pattern I picked out. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Allen is not a good person to deal with. Very unhelpful. They need a better customer service person in his place. I purchased some brick that I thought would be the same as the pattern they have on the wall. Turns out that it didn't look at all the same. Looks like someone did a sorry paint job on trying to cover up the red clay. I went inside to ask for a refund beforeI left with the brick but, Allen refused to give me one. I know a lot of people who are planning to build homes. I'll tell them to purchase their brick elsewhere.

I had an unpleasant experience with them starting with the sales people they were extremely rude. I received my order but did not use all of the bricks. I spoke with the salesperson about picking the unused portion and was told I’d receive a refund. After weeks they picked 450 bricks up from my house and I never received a refund. I spoke with Tom and was told it wasn’t enough bricks to receive a refund. So now I am out 500$ worth of bricks and they got them back for free. They never should have picked them up if it was not enough for a refund.

The worker at the front counter Allen is not a morning person. I come in here all the time and most of the time its later in the day and there extremely nice and helpful but geeze in the mornings super rude. Workers in the back are alot more nicer and helpful.

Don’t know bout this place will update once I get there.. I called and a nice woman answered the phone I asked was there any overnight parking she said yes but the area looks kinda hood so nah I’ll wait :::
Update I del load once I got there u can park right in front of the building but it is a little hood churches chicken at the light sooo I’ll let u figure that one out 😂😂

Well if you drive a truck and you’re headed here to get unloaded I can’t help you. They are good people but very unpredictable on how they unload. May be fast, May be slow. It depends on their mood I guess and how much more work one man is doing than another and then you’re screwed because if one thinks he’s doing more than another they start crying and really slow down
