I am disabled and went on a hunt with Hippie Outdoors. Took a doe and then went to Carl’s with my meat. I got it back today.
Two things:
1. They were very friendly and extremely helpful to my needs being disabled.
2. I have used several processors in my day and this is by far the best deer meat I have ever brought home. Thank you Carl’s for a job well done. I shall be back and I am recommending Carl’ s to everyone.
That would be Hope Outdoors , not Hippie.

I have got several deer done here but haven’t been there for about two years . Just recently I picked up deer meat for my dad and I don’t know what has changed from two years ago but its absolutely not the same . The deer sausage is so very greasy and flavor that use to be there is not there at all. Wish y’all would go back to the way y’all use to process deer . Way too much fat added now

No mess & cleaning up after killing a deer was a big change for me. Hours of cutting, trimming & bagging meat would destroy my back. Drop off your deer not skinned out or skinned out doesn't matter they'll take care of it. Really great place & the people working there & running the show know what they're doing & do a fine job at. From when you drop off your deer to when you pick it up is quick. In & out no waiting around & they can make your deer all kinds of ways. Burgers with cheese & bacon, sausage all kinds of ways & it's all good!! Don't forget the snack sticks with cheese!! Come try them out & you'll see why they stay busy.

I have heard for years that Carl's was the best. Last week we dropped off a deer to see what it was all about. After a taste test this evening I am comfortable saying that it is totally worth the drive from Pensacola. Fantastic work. Thank you.
