Unfortunately, I also had to give a star in order to write this. I applied on January 6. Today is February 13. I have heard nothing. I got on the website and discovered that I had been denied. I was laid off work. my husband is the only income and we have five children the state place with us and this is our third time being denied. Like everyone else I receive no letters no phone calls. Our income is definitely below the excepted level starting to feel discriminated against. Not sure if it’s my age or my race.!

No communication, a terrible website and terminal for food assistance, a 60+ minute wait for a phone call? whomever is managing these people needs to be taken off tenure and replaced obviously.

If these people come to tall to you, they are out to take your children. Do not talk to them by no means and call a lawyer

Woman on the phone is NO help. Then had the audacity to report a number for being frustrated that she isn’t willing to even point someone in the right direction just “nope” “no” “nope” no wonder the rating is 1.6 stars

Been trying to get EBT for me and my toddler I’m 24 weeks pregnant and can’t work, they can’t even answer their phones. I put in my application on February 9th, 2022 and NO ONE has called me back or been in office at all I’ve driven up here 8 times. If anyone can help us getting groceries that would be great I don’t know what to do.

Unfortunately I was forced to choose a star to create this review. I turned in everything for my 6 month review this month and they terminated my food stamps once again saying they didn't receive my paperwork. Case worker has not called me back after leaving a voice-mail 4 days ago. I called the main number and was told they actually did get everything but I still have to wait for my stamps to get turned back on because there is a process they have to go through. This is the most unethical heartless business I have ever had to deal with. The whole place is a joke and needs a complete overhaul with workers who actually care and will do their job. After reading all the reviews, I am appalled with the fact that the state has allowed this facility to still function like this for as long as it has and hasn't corrected the vast amount of problems and neglect being done to the citizens of this county.
