They are very rude. I needed a general dr to see and get check up so nothing with my pregnacy just a general check up and scheduler I got wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before saying they don't do pregnacy and I was not even wanting help with it as i already have a dr for that. I just told her nevermind since she was not listening and was being rude. She needs to learn to let someone alteast finish their sentence before being rude. Zero out of 5 stars. Do not go here.

The staff is rude! They really don’t care about you or what you have to say, but the doctors mostly Dr. Tina (I forgot her last name) is great! She is the only dr that has listened to me and cared! She even gave me my prescriptions at the office so I didn’t have to go to the pharmacy. But everyone I have met at the front desk needs to fix their attitudes or find a different occupation. The lady who takes your weight and blood pressure is sweet too.
Edit: For the first time ever, the lady I spoke with today on the phone was polite! Maybe they are getting better.

Very rude staff I called on a Friday around twelve to make appointment was put on hold for ten minutes just to be told a nurse would call me back. Never was I told that they have 24-48 hrs to return your phone call. I would have just went to hospital. So I called them again on a Wednesday around 4pm just to be spoken to very rude. Because again no one returned my call. Its too many Doctor office in Mobile. Still don't have an appointment and I'm still in pain I think its cancer but I don't know. I explained all of that to the lady Friday. How the infection could be spreading. My point is these people dont Care about your care at all. Go some place else.

How do I give you zero stars? The staff is not well-informed and rude. I have trouble with your staff almost every visit.
During my very first visit, the staff was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. The lady told me not to wait too long to have children. She said that she has a 10 year old and she’s 26, so she had her child when she was 16 - a child having a child.
I am an adult that choosing not to have children at this time. I don’t understand why someone who isn’t a doctor or knows my medical history, would be giving me this advice. Completely rude and unprofessional.

People react to stress in different ways. The most common way is with impatience, rudeness, and overall and concern for anyone else. I wanted to leave a review about the clinical staff at the Mobile County Health Department. I have personally seen them go above and beyond to make sure that their clients are greeted, processed, and cared with excellence in spite of the way they are treated in return. I know it can be tough to give patience to someone who is not giving you patience, and it is difficult to give love to someone who is not showing love, to provide professional responses to unprofessional comments. The Mobile County Health Department staff excels in responding with kindness, fairness, and with compassion! Thank you for what you all do!

My daughter-in-law is a patient here I went with her to several appointments the staff is rude non caring, I would think if the same complaint is listed over and over someone would find a solution to the problem. I myself have over 20 years in the medical field and have never seen this bad of attitudes come from one office. If you don’t like your job find another one don’t treat patients rudely. It was reported but didn’t seem to help the issue not one time has she been in this office and wasn’t treated rudely. Maybe management should have someone come in or call the office and see how their staff treats their patients I guarantee you would see how poorly your office is being represented.

Got there at 1130 , appointment was at 12 didnt get seen til 1. Way to long to wait. The women at the front desk seem like they have an attitude. No reason to have a attitude. If you don't like the public, find another job. Also, the women at the front shouldn't discuss patients aloud where they can be heard.

The Doctors are excellent. But some of the phone staff from front desk is unprofessional and rude over the phone and need to practice phone/ customer service. Person who answered the phone was Rude, nasty, and hung up in my face before I could finish asking questions.
