I cannot say enough good about Beckah, and the Oakwood team. We are about to do our final walkthrough, and closing next week. During this process Beckah has been very welcoming, explained the steps, answered endless questions, and greeted us with a big smile whenever we randomly dropped in. I had a venting moment with her and she genuinely cared. You can't say that about many people these days, especially in business. Anyone else we've dealt with at Oakwood have been equally friendly. We are extremely happy we chose this team for our new home!

Beckah and the entire oakwood team have been absolutely amazing through this entire journey! We had to find a house that was the perfect layout for our vision impaired son. I expressed what I was looking for and Beckah knew off the bat the Laguna model was the one for us! It fit every single box on our list! Not only has she been absolutely amazing so has the entire team at oakwood. They have checked on us over the last couple months to make sure we're settling in okay, made sure our pre-wires were good to go and to make sure we didn't need anything! I absolutely love the community they have build not just homes but the follow through! They are on top of their game 100% of the time! We have personally worked with Jamie, Valarie and Beckah! Most builders would say call if you need me and when you do call they are never available. The team at oakwood takes that seriously. If you need anything at all they are there in a hurry! I also want to add which is a big deal in my opinion - they show you a model and that's exactly the fixtures/finishes you get! Not "oh you have to upgrade ect.." they sell you what you see, and that alone is HUGE!! I am so blessed with the team here at Oakwood!!!

Being a Realtor for over 40 years I thought I had experienced it all. Well let me tell you about Oakwood Homes in Coolidge AZ! The purchase for my clients was awesome with top professionalism from all departments. Next, after moving in, a water leak with the AC unit developed. Oakwood was notified, and shortly a team was at the door. They even discovered an additional issue and are fixing it. Lightning speed response, they have 2 companies here to get it all fixed. The problem was not Oakwood caused but they are handling it! It is not about selling beautiful homes for them, it is about customer service, making it an exceptional experience - so when an issue happens, no matter if it was someone else's fault, they take charge and make it right - right away! Next, we got a phone call asking if clients needed anything, that is over-the-top customer service!! Oakwood staff and teams care about their homebuyers! I have sold about every builder locally. Oakwood stands out plus they hired Becca in sales and Ricky in customer care who go above and beyond. Buying a home is a large investment, having Becca, Ricky, and Oakwood's team on your side is priceless.
