There are many negative reviews of this office and I have to say that I agree with some them but it concerns me the most that no one seems to care because none of these complaints seem to get answered or even paid attention to. The people at this place don’t answer the phone so don’t have high hope on that. So if you work out of town don’t rely on them to be Christian enough to do their job.

I was disconnected for a previous balance of $2.54. They changed me $50.00 penalty for disconnect fee plus $2.96 penalty fee, which they added to my bill. Shame on you!!! especially during COVID-19 when hand washing is a must. That’s just greed!!!
