My initial impression of my car purchasing experience was that it was lengthy and time consuming. Upon further consideration, I realized that the salesperson, Ron and Derrick Gray, Internet Fleet Managers. was being thorough, making sure that all elements of the process were completed properly. He was excellent in handling my questions and concerns, and his demeanor was both friendly and professional. Not to mention we walked in like 30 minutes of closing and The customer service impressed me compared to other car dealership so we decide less than 10 minutes to buy a car. Ron and Derrick stayed late after closing to help us out with our new car as well they make sure we were happy with our purchase. Excellent customer service. Thank you Ron and Derrick . We are very happy with our purchase.

My recommendation is that, if you are looking to buy a new vehicle, that you check out AutoNation Chevrolet first. They get high marks for their courtesy and professionalism, as well as the quality of the vehicles they sell.

The best car/truck buying experience I have ever had. We walked in late maybe 30 mins before they closed and Charles didn’t care and just wanted us happy and to find the truck of our dreams! He took his time let us test drive one and then another till we found the one we wanted. At NO point did he EVER pressure us, we ended up finding the truck we were looking for and how we own it!
