I do custom remodels and woodworking. This was my first time doing business with north Alabama glass and it won’t be my last. Moving forward they will be my only glass and mirror provider. The crew that come out was punctual and very professional from start to finish. My customer is very happy which makes me happy. I can’t praise this company enough for their attention to detail.

I have a lazy Susan glass in the center of my table. Underneath is black, the gentleman that works there said he couldn't fix it but that I could fix it!! It is flat spray paint, will probably tale 2-3 coats! Final result, looks beautiful an the scratches are gone. I also found pads to put on the ring that the glass sits on at Lowes!!! Thank you so much!!!

My company, which is a national service provider, works with hundreds of glass and door shops every year, including North Alabama Glass, and they are one of the most knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly partners we work with anywhere. They definitely provide a 5 star experience, and giving them a one star review because they were supposedly closed on a Friday, is petty in my opinion. In addition, this has never happened when we needed them, and they offer after hours emergency services if it was that pressing of an issue.

Our technicians Keith L and Matt J did an outstanding job of measuring our glass and detailing the unique cuts and turns that were needed for some of it to cover our furniture. They did an excellent job of cutting the glass and placing it on the furniture. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom glass. Great guys

We are having windows slowly updated with no grid. They replaced our bay window with windows with a grid. They replaced some perfectly good windows with a grid with more with a grid. Crystal just told me, “they can’t read my mind.” We already had all of them updated in the front with no grid. Why else would we replace perfectly good windows?
