Was having trouble finding a suitable replacement for a 34 year old winch that was used to pull a boat from the water into the garage. Decided on a WARN Evo 8 winch due to its pulling power but unfortunately most winches are made to be bolted to an automobile and the plan was to bolt to concrete floor but I needed a mounting plate. After researching all local possibilities I found Stephen Charles who agreed to take a look at the winch. He designed and built a steel mounting structure that I could attach the winch to and mount to concrete floor. It works flawlessly. Highly recommend him for his expertise and ability to come up with a great solution for our situation.

Stephen from Metalcraft Creative is the absolute best. I called and he answered right away and did what I needed done instantly. He is extremely fair and if you have any metal needs I most definitely recommend him. I’ve been calling big names like Home Depot and other places but none of them cut metal in Alabama. This business has been a great discovery for us. Stephen is very easy to work with. He listens well, makes great suggestions and has super fast response time to all questions. His estimates of project completion have always been spot on as have been cost estimates. Our first project (a custom gate) turned out so well that we immediately commissioned a custom dog fence that we have been delaying for years. Then we got a new screen for our fireplace. Now we are working with Stephen to design a vertical outdoor garden and a paired hanging water-feature to dress up a retaining wall….. wonder what we will dream up next? Whatever it turns out to be, I’m confident it will match or exceed our expectations.

Had Stephen install a custom made cavity and cage for a generator on our Skoolie. Complete with ramp and lock. Fantastic work and exactly what we needed. Less than 48 hour turn-around was very nice. Highly recommend!

I requested a Vertical fire pit crate. It was done instantly on the spot. I used it that same night, December 31, 2022 and it worked perfectly. Highly recommended to everyone for their services.
