I’m very disappointed with this location, especially regarding how it treats drivers. There’s no proper place for drivers to sit, and yet they’re still expected to stay out of their trucks during loading. If it’s truly a safety concern, a better solution would be to have drivers disconnect their trailers and park their bobtails nearby—there’s plenty of space for that. Forcing drivers to stay out of their trucks for 2 hours without offering a reasonable alternative is unacceptable. I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be addressed and resolved. Thank you.

These people think they are guarding a military facility. I've been on nuke sites less protected than this dump of a paper mill. Drug testing for prescription drugs is the most outlandish thing I've ever seen. Even if you produce prescriptions information they'll still refuse entry. Make it make sense.

You'll need to have a urinatior in order to get by the drug screen. They don't watch but they'll peak over the edge just to make sure. According to the paper work you fill out prior to the drug screen they are only testing for opiates and amphetamine. This is a lie, they are doing a full 6 panel. Including THC.

Few of my older workers couldn't get onsite even though they have prescriptions for their meds. There's nothing in that paper mill that requires this amount of testing for.

The contractor parking lot is unpaved, muddy and a free for all. I don't recommend driving anything other than a truck/boots.

Talking to any of the security people outside was a chore, they were not friendly or approachable. Most were in their phone and seemed annoyed when asked for anything.

They have no instructions on where to go, what to do, and then get annoyed when you ask them questions.

Thankful I'll never have to go here again.

I had a good experience visiting this place. Polite and cheerful girls in the guard booth. They let me into the territory and explained where to go next. Then they immediately gave me the door and loaded it very quickly. Lots of room to maneuver, for inexperienced drivers this is important, we all started at some point. Everything is fast and professional, respect. While they are loading, you can't be in the truck, but they load it very quickly. Respect.

The negative reviews are accurate, unfortunately. I'm at 4 hours waiting and still don't have a door. About to flat out abandon the load as I'm so sick of these unprofessional locations with absolutely zero respect for drivers and our time. Definitely won't be coming back and I urge all drivers to avoid this place at all costs.

Update - Took 7.5 hours to get a door. Avoid this joke of a place at all costs.

They have overnight parking on gate#3 you have to go thru security first .
Loading took under 20 minutes they have a microwave to heat your food i didn’t get to finish eating thats how fast they loaded up.
Security will give you directions were to go.

Worse place to haul when hauling logs it’s not a day I come over here and always have to wait a hour too two hours at a time … this place has went to shit every since the new guy took over even the employees agreed to the same .. this place advertise fake hours it dose not run 24 hours the lazy over night workers pick there own time to start n stop unloading
