If you are planning to use this company please let me warn you . These people are nice and polite till they get your payment. You order gas then a week later you still waiting & you are told that they can't come on your route for one delivery no matter how much you need service. I was on 30% but temperature has been below freezing all week. What am I supposed to do freeze? Had to burn gas to avoid freezing then when they finally show up they said I gotta have $100.00 perk test because I ran out of gas . This company does what they want to whoever they want. They don't care about anyone just want your money. Never had this problem with automatic gas. Sorry but truth must be told. Stay away from bad business.

We called Wednesday morning. Our tank had ran out before we knew it. They quote my wife a price and then we order. The next afternoon we still hadn't heard a word. Called them up and they said it may take up to seven business days. I haven't had a hot shower or been able to cook. My wife is on chemo and needs these hot showers for her muscles. I wouldn't recommend them. Feels like they took our money.

I’ve been trying to get ahold of Thompson Gas in Sylacauga for a couple of weeks. No one answers the phone anymore, and they don’t return phone calls when I leave messages.

When we paid to get a tank set they told us 2 weeks a month later we are still waiting, I called yesterday to make sure they were coming yesterday so I could take off work they assured me they would be here they still have yet to show.I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone.
