Ensley Iron just replaced the railing on my front porch and added a small rail on steps in the backyard. Alex and Leo did a great job on the installation and I’m thrilled with the result. Adam’s and Reed’s supervision was first-rate. It’s great to be able to do business with a long-standing established company in Birmingham.

As picture shows this is not your run of mills fence. Tree fell on the custom 70 year old fence. Adam at Ensley Iron Works worked with us to get mold made, replace damaged sections, make repairs on older sections, straighten fence that had started leaning over the past 60years and sanded and repainted the entire 500 feet. Quite the undertaking. We couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend Ensley Ironworks for your job small, specialized, or large.

Late last summer, we had Ensley Ornamental Iron replace our wooden deck and stair rails with iron ones, and the result is simply amazing! Danny and his guys are meticulous with their attention to detail, and did an outstanding job of fabricating and installing the railings. My husband is very particular and had definite ideas about how he wanted the design done, and Danny was so accommodating and in tune with his vision. At the time, we had talked to Danny about eventually wanting to put some handrails on our front steps, but recently circumstances forced us to accelerate that project. Danny was so kind and understanding about the immediate need for the handrails, and he once again delivered an excellent product! We have received multiple compliments on the beautiful ironwork that we are now proud owners of, and I would highly recommend Ensley Iron Works to anyone looking for a top notch, professional job. Wish I had the opportunity to give Ensley Iron 6 stars for their fine work. We had an existing (and complex) iron banister inside our home that we wanted to replicate in a breezeway. Also we were operating under a tight deadline. Layer on to that the fact that we are in Central Alabama, so travel was involved. Ensley Iron made us a priority and gave us exactly what we needed on time and within budget. The DuCote brothers are doing a great job with this already fine custom iron fabrication business.
