After a poor install (wrong placement, crooked iron work on one of the bars and shotty paint job, "Franko" the owner and his crew came out and verified the mistakes and later told me (although I had their warranty) that it would cost $60.00 to come out and fix their mistakes. Really? I never did. A year after the install I started having rusting issues on the bars. Just b clear about fixing mistakes they make. Also the French door bars weren't even designed to keep crooks out. A simple sliding latch on the bottom of the metal door, which is accessible from the outside, was the only protection. Once unlatched, the doors would just open with the deadbolt and handle locked. Whatever.
