It has been a pleasure working with Laura and Kenneth. I’ve had some really poor experiences with others working on my boats. Exit Marine has restored my faith in marine services. Mike Zuyus writes: I honestly don't understand how there are not more 5 star reviews for Exit Marine. Any work they performed for me was always very well documented, to include pictures and comments. The entire team at Exit Marine is just....nice/genuine. They do not mind questions. They do not pu$h work or part$. I stumbled across them only after calling others in town (not good experiences) and it was clear in the first 5 minutes I found the right place to do business.

Oh - I have zero prior relationship with them or anyone that works there. I almost never post google reviews (maybe three times in my life) but these guys are awesome.

I had conversations (yes multiple) with one of the owners Laura before dropping off the boat. Hence how I knew where to even take the boat. Knew nothing was really gonna be done till near end of winter. Was supposed to be stuck in the back corner of the shop or winterized. It wasn’t. She left it outside with feet of snow in it all winter and when I called her upset claimed neither her nor her employees, that I had been talking to about my boat at the gas station in town where I worked all winter, had any clue who’s boat it was or what was supposed to be done to it. The blatant lie was too much for me. Admitting you’ve made a mistake and working towards a solution I could have lived with. We are not the only people who’s boat sat out there and after she didn’t do the work claimed she had no knowledge of what was going on. It’s a pattern.
