Thanks to Nilda's, our daughter's birthday celebration was a complete success! When our party had to be rescheduled and my original cake vendor was unavailable, Nilda was able to accommodate us last minute. I added butterflies as cake decor, which I had already purchased. I ordered a plain purple/white, chocolate cake with guava filling, and it exceeded expectations – incredibly moist, flavorful, and delicious. I highly recommend Nilda’s services and will definitely be ordering for future birthdays! 🫶🏻✨️

Nilda’s Bakery was so wonderful! It was my daughter’s 3rd birthday and she asked for the Moana Cake! She even let my daughter try the frosting or the tres leche filling to see which she liked better! The chocolate cake was unbelievably tasty and all of the parent were asking where I got it! Will definitely be going back for again!

Nilda’s Party Creation made me the most beautiful, elegant, and delicious wedding cake I could ask for! She graciously took me in with only one weeks notice, and made me a wedding cake that exceeded my expectations! More than that, the tres leches filling went perfectly with the vanilla cake! Very kind and helpful! They definitely exceeded my expectations. This is a 4 tier vanilla cake with guava filling. I drove with the entire cake and it didn't budge at all. Very sturdy and well made. Taste was a solid 8/10 and the service is 10/10! Thank you Nilda's!

This is the second time I went to Nilda for big orders. I gotta say she never fails! My heart is just filled with joy & I can finally relax because our Mama’s 80th birthday cake was phenomenal. Timing was perfect; it was ready on time. Worth the price & I can honestly say the cake itself not only looked good but taste delicious.

We cannot comment on the quality of the cakes, but the customer service at this bakery was extremely disappointing. We ordered expensive birthday cakes for a Friday party and set a pickup date accordingly. However, when my wife arrived to pick them up, she was told the order had been scheduled for Monday—a clear error made by the employee who took the order.

Despite the cakes not having been made, we were initially offered only a 30% refund. When speaking with the manager, she refused to take responsibility for her employee's mistake, was rude and condescending, and made the process unnecessarily stressful. Even after we offered to cover credit card processing fees, the manager refused to issue a full refund.

It was only after my wife caught her in a contradictory statement (the baker doesn’t normally work on Mondays) that the manager reluctantly agreed to refund the full amount. However, this came with an inappropriate and patronizing comment, calling my wife "an overwhelmed and tired mother."

While we are relieved to have eventually received the refund, the experience left us feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers. We will not be returning to this bakery due to their unprofessional handling of the situation.
