Stumbled onto this place just passing through town. I'm from Kansas and was looking forward to some good food. Customer service, 5 stars. The waitress and another gentleman were excellent, kind and prompt with everything. We ordered the Beer battered mushrooms as an appetizer, with the "Don't Kiss Me" Burger and Fish Tacos. Both had fries. The mushrooms were very good! The blue cheese and green onion sprinkles added some great texture and taste. The burger wasn't terrible. The pattie had no seasoning at all but was cooked as ordered. It was a bit of a let down for the price. The fish tacos had, surprisingly, cheddar cheese and black beans which didn't really work with it. The tacos were also swimming in sauce which became the only flavor that was detectable. The fries were the rockstar of the meal. Perfect temp, crunch and salting. Overall it wasn't a bad experience at all, but some changes and training would really do well for them to justify menu pricing.

Service!! Service!! Service !!! I can't say enough about the Service that was given by Garret on my first visit and Andrew on my second visit they were both so Amazing!!! The food was fresh and packed full of flavor. Portion sizes are more than enough to satisfy even the largest of appetites. I definantly recommend The Last Frontier Brewing Company for an awesome dining experience.

Located just down the road from Bearpaw River, Last Frontier Brewing Company is a true locals’ watering hole in Wasilla. This family-run brewpub embodies the Alaskan spirit, serving up hearty food, friendly service, and a solid lineup of craft beers that keep both residents and visitors coming back.

Our favorite beer here was Goldmint, an unfiltered hefeweizen that’s bursting with banana and clove notes. It’s a classic take on the style and pairs perfectly with the hearty entrees on the menu. If you’re dining in, we highly recommend ordering one of their steak dishes with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. It’s comfort food done right, and even better when accompanied by a flight of their house brews.

The atmosphere at Last Frontier is warm and welcoming, with a large bar and plenty of friendly locals and bartenders happy to strike up a conversation. Whether you’re stopping by for a pint, a meal, or both, this brewpub offers a laid-back vibe.

For those traveling through Wasilla, Last Frontier Brewing Company is a must-visit destination for great beer, delicious food, and a taste of true local flavor.

The halibut was amazing! Big chunks of flaky fish, cooked perfectly and the beer batter was perfectly light. My pint of 24 k lager was the perfect accompaniment. The elk burger was juicy, well seasoned and cooked to a perfect medium. And lastly, our server was perfectly attentive. We look forward to coming back the next time we find ourselves in Wasilla!

This place has a good Wild West vibe. The beer was hit or miss, the lager and the wheat beer were the best. Everything else we tried missed the mark.
Their service was good, live music on Fri/Sat.
Food was alright, nothing to write home about. Fries were not great. Everything was overpriced for the quality and portion size.

Great family, friendly restaurant that cares about its customers! Would give it 6 ⭐️for the atmosphere, but a more down-to-Earth experience than a lot of the just “breweries”. Great food, especially the Prime Rib - our 3-yr old daughter ate about half of it, it was so good. Good beer & pizza selection as well. A must visit if you are a local or passing through!

Excellent service! We walked in and were immediately greeted and seated and drinks ordered. Our waitress was so friendly and made some great suggestions. Love coming here and absolutely will again!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The Hungarian mushroom soup was absolutely scrumptious! I had the Buffalo chicken salad, The homemade Buffalo sauce was very good. My husband had the Kenai sandwich with fries, he took home half for lunch the following day. The restaurant was clean, and cozy, with its log decor and metal work. I recommend it!
