Silver Tip did a FANTASTIC job embroidering our business logo onto jackets for our team members! Not only did they complete the order super fast, but they even drove to our office (in Wasilla) to hand deliver items that we left behind. From clear communication, helpful recommendations, straightforward pricing, and top quality work, this is a small business who is doing it right! Five stars all the way!

They were able to make me a special hat for me to announce to my dad that he was going to be a grandpa. They let me choose the hat and worked with me to pick out the perfect font and color. They finished it in a few days so I could give it to him in time and it was way less expensive than I was thinking it would be. Melissa is a doll and will make any day better. She's great at hyping you up and making you feel good about yourself and genuinely is happy when you're happy.

Husband and I came to get pricing on Screen Printing, which we've never ordered before. The staff was very friendly and spent a lot of time with us to help us understand how the whole process works and gave us price estimates as well. They also have a lot of shirts, hoodies, jackets etc available for sale, and some local artist's jewelry and items for sale as well, great place to buy a gift!

Paid for a group of shirts and 2 hoodies to have a logo printed, 3 washes on delicate later and unfortunately it’s like I never paid $30+ do have it done.

I called just to get an idea of time frame for doing a last minute screen printing job by Saturday...she pretty much interrupted me explaining the short notice by saying 'it's THURSDAY!" Also asked if I had something in mind and I was leaving up to them...'so you don't even have a design?'.....then she had me hang on for '1/2 a sec' and by the time that was over I was already turned off by just phone etiquette.
