The students start asking in September when is the dance?!? R&R play all their favorites and much more! There is never any doubt we will be dancing! I’ve been promoting events across Alaska and the US for decades. I currently own & produce ‘Alaska Parent’ and ‘Alaska Bride & Groom’ magazine, and the largest wedding show in Alaska. I have worked with R&R Productions for the past 20+ years in promoting my events. R&R Productions’ owners - Lou & Evelyn Sizemore, they are always and absolutely my first choice.

It’s imperative I have someone I can count on to run these events. Someone I can count on to DJ and Emcee these events flawlessly. There’s too much riding on these events to choose anybody else. Someone with impeccable style, an impeccable voice, and years of experience. Someone who knows sound, music, flow, people, and entertainment.

Not only do I rely on this, but so do all the other vendors promoting their businesses at these events as well. Someone who can work on the fly, run the different bridal fashion shows, accommodate the different styles and tastes in music from multiple designers showing off their gowns. Able to work with the diverse personalities of these artists and store owners delivering and producing what they want to project. Lou IS the only man for that job. He knocks it out of the park every time.

About the drape design that Evelyn does. Always something different and unique each year. A design properly proportioned to the space, and one that speaks to current style and era of the fashion industry. Evelyn’s attitude, her diligence, her dedication amazes me. Always positive, always helpful, and keeps on swinging regardless of what is put on her plate last minute, switched up, added or removed.

You can’t go wrong by using this team for ANY event that you are planning. They always bring their A game and it is always a success.

They definitely love what they do and it definitely shows.

Evelyn and Lou are THE BEST. I first reached out to them for their DJ services based on other reviews and just about 2 weeks before the wedding I stressed over the decorating of the venue and Evelyn swooped in with her amazing pipe and drape system and made it absolutely beautiful. I could be happier with the service we received from R&R. Lou kept the dance floor hopping the entire night and was so helping with making everything flow between the ceremony and the reception which was located in two different places. He went above and beyond and I’m so thankful. It was a beautiful wedding. Thank you.

We had these guys at our wedding and they were AMAZING. They showed up early, brought all their own equipment, and set it up out of the way of the rest of the wedding prep. They sent us playlists months in advance, let us pick any music in the world, then called and confirmed they'd gotten the correct versions of the songs we'd requested.
But that's not all.
These guys were super friendly, and basically made the whole wedding run smoothly! Since they were doing all the music - including music for the ceremony, walking down the aisle, etc. - they checked in on the bride & groom all night, letting us know when people were getting restless, when it was time to do x or y, asking if we wanted them to stall by playing more songs, etc. They even had great ideas, like pitching that when the Bride & Groom & Wedding Party enter the reception hall for the first time, we stop and pose so that everyone can take their photos of us without it disrupting the rest of our night (with people constantly asking us to take a photo). The DJ then announced that this is your chance for a photo.
They played it super cool and dealt with several things out of left field seamlessly - like some relatives requesting Hindu songs. Which, astonishingly, they provided!
Way to go R&R! You run a flawless wedding.
