Bro I have never been raked over hot coals as bad as these guys have raked me over hot coals. I'm pretty sure bank has had so many contested charges to this company that they reject the charges automatically, which causes you getting charged for your trash getting picked up when they actually don't pick it up, then they charge you for an additional trash pickup for the trash they billed you to pick up already. Effectively you pay over double. Also you call these suckers and there's no actual people to talk to. It's like this weak voice messaging service. Anyways they totally screwed me on all my bills then when I moved and cancelled the service they didn't pick up the dumpster for another month and guess what more charges, even after the guy I got ahold of said we were square. If your charging me for trash service you need to actually come get the trash. Its a bad business. Straight up. Go with the red dumpsters these green ones you get to pay double. Don't do it. Go somewhere else

Your address is wrong as the business front faces Wasilla-Fishhook, not Polar Bear. You should also search for your business on Google and update the location on the maps because the maps sends people to the middle of the intersection of Grizzly Bear and Polar Bear and automatically changes the address to 3899 Grizzly Bear completely throwing people off course.

Our driver for Recycling pick up is truly a wonderful human being. He saw me walking my two-year-old to daycare down the street, in the rain...and that I forgot to put my bin out. He then circled the block and allowed me to run it out while he oh-so-slowly approached our driveway. We are the only pick up for Recycling on our street. He went above and beyond.
This is just one instance. The whole company is full of wonderful, helpful and kind individuals.

Had service with them for 3 weeks total, missed pickup multiple times, when I switched to Raven Refuse for the price difference they sent me a final bill for $150 said they charged $14 for each additional bag not in the can.. Wouldn't have been extra bags of they would have picked up...
