Owner is a veteran and honors our flag staff is helpful and detailed. Needed cards and advertisement made and they were able to make them perfect in short time.
As a patriot I will recommend this place to my community and continue to support veteran owned businesses of Alaska.

I'm a digital nomad artist who sometimes gets his art printed. This place has great customer service and team comradery. Great local buisnus. They super nice to customers and to each other and offer a lot more services than I expected. The print quality is amazing. The only complaint was I wasn't told how long something would take to print and it came out the wrong size that I asked. I felt I had to ask all the questions and wasn't offered alternatives. They were able to cut it when I asked if they could but I didn't realize it was off in hight not just width until I took it home and it was a inch off. A little odd. But definitely will be back. But it would be nice to see more communication with the printing process as a designer I know a lot of customers are less tech savvy and won't always understand. But overall a pleasant experience.

Inkspot is a great company to do business with. They worked with me very easily and quickly via phone and email. When I went to pick up my order they were quick to assist me. The man even carried my order to my car for me since I was on crutches. Very nice people. Thank you!

I have tried 3 times to utilize services at ink spot in Wasilla but they are consistently unprofessional and rude. Upon my last visit I tried to drop off a UPS package and they refused to give me a receipt or even scan it in for me. It was a $200 item, they could at least scan it. The elderly gentleman told me that if I want to get it scanned I can go to the UPS store and that it was, ...”no skin off of my back.”

I took his advice and drove 20 minutes out of my way and received professional and courteous service. Thank you UPS store in Wasilla for a great experience. And thank you ink spot for the advice.

Horrid and rude customer service. Quoted several different prices for the same job. After being told that it would be a 10-30 dollars for the setup depending on how much work they had to do. They were submitted 3 different formats of cards with the instructions if they had to make any alterations that they were to contact me and I would make them as to keep costs down. After placing the order and having the formatting done it has taken a full 5 business days to get a small order of 100 business cards done. They attempted to charge me the full $30 for the setup of the card that I had created and formatted.

If you need any printing services done, I went to the FedEx store and they were able to complete the same job giving me 250 cards for the same price that Ink Spot attempted to charge me for the 100. I will never use them again and recommend that people not use them.

I am a big supporter for small businesses and would rather use a small local business, but when it's hampered by poor management, inconsistent prices, and a very slow turn around you have to go elsewhere.

PS If you want to support a small business and not deal with all the extra BS, it's worth the drive to anchorage to go see Alaska Printing. Twice the value with 10 times the selection.

I was extremely disappointed you are not open on Saturday, as I work Mon- Fri, sometimes til 6. I had NO idea you would be closed the day after Thanksgiving as I paid to take a cab after work to get mail, which I can only do once a week at this time.

The personel at Ink Spot were very helpful in getting my company's logo and brochure done to my satisfaction. They kept working on these items until I was completely happy with the product. They provided a fast turn around. The prices were fair. Unfortunately there were 5 typos in the printed brochure.
