I went in, and the salesman was helping a woman pick the right gun. As I was checking things out, I was impressed by how he handled this customer. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to care that she got the right hardware for her situation.

When he got around to me, I had a couple of questions about used guns. He was really on point with his responses. The guns were fairly priced, and this will be a frequent stop for me in the future. I like doing business with friendly, no pressure people... vibes are really good at this store.

One more time. This is the second time tombstone tactical has taken my money only to tell me "oh sorry we f'd up. We don't have the item. They sent me an email telling me item was back in stock Within 30 minutes I ordered the gun, they took my money, and sent me an order confirmation. So stupid me I ordered a new holster and a new grip, Now I'm out $175 because Tstone can't tell the truth. They were probably sold out before they even sent me the email. I really like to support local places,but how can I continue to have their back when they keep stabbing me in mine

I stopped into the phoenix location just to look at whats new in the shop... Merina was very helpful and was able to find me the ruger i've been looking for and a price competitive enough that i had to purchase it! she is a asset to the company and will recomend my friends and family to come see her!

This was my first time going to Tombstone Tactical in Chino Valley- I have to say, it was amazing!

The shop is small but well kept and tidy. When I walked in, I was greeted promptly and politely by both of the guys working the counter (props to Chris and Ricky). The manager, Garrett, even came out and talked to me a bit- even though it was my first time there, I felt like I fit right in and had been shopping there for years.

I was also surprised at how busy the place was- everybody was helping somebody, and there was a steady stream of people buying guns and accessories.

To that point, the selection there was awesome for being such a small store- I found some
147 grain HST’s, an Aimpoint magnifier, and a TLR7.

I’ll definitely have to stop in the next time I pass through!

Tombstone tactical in Chino Valley, AZ, is absolutely the best tactical shop in the nation. It's not the wide selection of guns, ammunition, and accessories that make up the in-store and online inventory, although, this is a plus. Nor is it the ridiculously, sometimes bewilderingly low prices, though, also an obvious perk. No, the reason I choose Tombstone Tactical in Chino Valley, AZ over any other shop in the nation, including their Phoenix location, is the service. Brandon, the face of Tombstone Chino, is the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and hardest working shop-keep I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. By stark comparison, the Phoenix location was a very unpleasant experience due to the lack of customer service. Because of Brandon, I will never take my money to any other shop or website. Period. From the time you enter to the time you leave, Brandon makes damn sure that your needs are met in full, and that you walk out of this store with a smile, a little cash remaining in your wallet, and, of course, the firearm that you never thought possible at this price. Thank you Brandon, for helping to fill my gun safe, and offering a world class shopping experience! Whatever you're paying him, it isn't enough!

Made an online purchase for pickup in Chino Valley and had a great experience. Staff was fast to respond online and the gun arrived quickly from their Phoenix site. Background paperwork was all done electronically in the store upon pickup. They helped us choose some ammo and made the experience enjoyable. Great company backed up by a great people. I'll be back!

Bought here in the past, great experience. Recently purchased for my husband and was treated very poorly. Firearm sat in their possession for over ten days with no phone call to say it was ready for pickup. The gentleman running the background check was ridiculous and rude. I will not be back to this establishment.

An excellent gun shop! I am new to gun ownership and not once did I feel uncomfortable asking questions, Garrett and Ricky were very helpful and friendly. I never felt pressured to buy and no one was pushy about sales. It was a great over all experience. Oh and there is a pretty cool shop dog there... dogs always get 5 stars from me!
