Been trying to get a hold of them through phone and email now for over 2 months. I have a screw missing from a brand new ruger revolver and they won't get back to me to handle the warranty. Horrible customer service. Will most likely never buy another ruger. Not worth the hassle.

Sturm, Ruger is a company that stands by the products that they design, build, and market. Even if you are the 100th owner. Of a thoroughly used Ruger firearm, they will repair it.
One year, I sent my Ruger LCP 2 in for service. "Customer states the extractor is cracked." Haha. Well, that's just how the extractor looks, and instead of just sending the pistol back, explaining this fact.
Ruger replaced my barrel, my springs, and every other part that could possibly go out in the future because of normal wear!
And they didn't even call me an idiot for wasting their time. Haha.
True story.
Rugers' strong dedication to customer service is one of the reasons why I will always vouch for purchasing Ruger Firearms. I share this story whenever someone in a gun store can't make a decision between a Ruger or the other brand.
Will that other, new high speed, tacticool company stand by their products? Will they repair their product in 10, 15, 20 years?
The answer is probably not!

"Ruger, when all other companies disappear." Choose a company who will always be there and who will always stand up for their products.

Thanks, Ruger.

I recently purchased an LC Carbine and due to bad design and poorly worded instructions provided by Ruger in both video and text format, the firearm was damaged while converting it to left hand use. I sent it back to Ruger and was told that the firearm was unserviceable and I could purchase a new one at a discounted price. While not the solution I expected, I accepted.

Customer service was shaky through the process. The agent assigned to my RA would not return my calls and the other customer service agent I spoke to basically gave me a too bad, so sad speech. Eventually I got ahold of someone who was willing to work this problem out and got me in contact with a manager and got my original customer service agent to finally call me back. So a big thank you to that person.

Needless to say, I am but wary of doing future business with Ruger. We’ll see how I feel after I take some time to cool from this experience.

I was supervisor of the wax department from 1990 thru 1993.Mike Wellman and Kemper Marrow were my superiors. I learned a great deal about the wax injection process. I still have many great memories of my time there. (Also some not so great).Overall it was a good learning experience and I wish nothing but the best of luck to everyone who works there. I would not be the man I am today if I hadn't worked there. May God bless everyone who works there today and in the future.
Yours respectfully, Mark J Chase.

Modern day scam Masters! Yeah, you put your junk out there for $299.99, well guess what cousins, that 300 dollars you all stole from me. That's what made in America by an American company gets me. I reeeaaalllyyy should have stayed with Glock.

Dropped my Super Wrangler and broke rear sight; told Ruger about this ,they sent me a new one for free . big thumbs up to Ruger This and replacing barrel on an old GP100 also for free is the reason i tell all my friends to only buy Ruger.
I’m not American by birth so i leant towards European guns ,but Rugers customer service have convinced me that Ruger is the way to go.

Hey Ruger, I love my 10/22 but how about another option. What if you made a 10/57 same concept but use 5.7x28 instead. I bet it would sell very well.

Seem to be accurute, durable, good quality guns, especially the older model 77 rifles. Bought a ruger 77/17 once and will buy another ruger again. However it seems there are hardly any Ruger guns available new, otherwise I'd give this one a five star.
