Aaron from Chino Heating and Cooling was professional, knowledgeable and on time. He called me prior to the appointment. He was the most honest and helpful A/C technician I have ever met. He and Chino Heating and Cooling are the best in the industry. Aaron showed us pictures and test results of his work. The price they charge is fair and reasonable. I had a fantastic experience with Chino heating and cooling]! After a the last snowstorm, our heating system went down, and we were really worried about how long it would take to get it fixed especially having pets! Fortunately, Mark came to our rescue! He arrived promptly and had our heating back up and running within just an hour.

Mark was not only professional but also incredibly friendly, explaining the issue clearly and ensuring we understood the solution. We are so pleased with the quick and efficient service. Highly recommend this company for any heating issues!

Having heard what a great heating and cooling company this is from many of their satisfied customers. I decided to have my equipment upgraded along with ductwork improvements. They met with me to go over options and kept me well informed of improvements and possibilities within my budget. Once I decided on the best option for my home, Todd came and got detailed measurements to make sure the job was done accurately. On the day of the install I had two professional and courteous installers Matt Carlson and Jesse Rubin arrive on time and began the project. During the install they were careful to keep furniture covered and areas vacuumed as they went to keep things tidy. Periodically they would update me on their progress and showed enthusiasm for the completed work. Once the work was finished they went over in detail the functions of the new equipment and changes in performance I could expect during its operation. I asked them several questions about the equipment to which they responded in terms I could understand and not a bunch of technical or tradesman lingo. From start to finish I am vey impressed with chino heating and cooling. They exceeded my expectations and were all great to have in my home. I am so happy with the changes made and my new equipment! Thank you!!

live in Paulden, az called Chino h/c for new propane / ac unit roof mount , gave a great price for a compleat new unit . all employes I had contact with where professional and well informed questions I asked, at 8am the guys should with a Crain and install was done at 1:30pm had heat and ac, I recommend Chino heating and cooling to do the job.

When I had my heater serviced by this company in October, the tech (Aaron) found that the circuit board was burned out. He came today to replace it and was quick, efficient and polite.
I appreciate the honesty, integrity and fair prices that this company provides and will use them again in the future if needed.

I’ve used Chino heating and cooling twice. I forgot to write the first review so I will cover both service calls. One was from my AC unit which stopped working on a Sunday of course lol. I called Chino and Mark answered one of the supervisors. He said they were all jammed up and very busy but he scheduled me for the same day and he ended up coming himself about three or four hours later. He diagnosed the problem quickly And gave me my options for repair Which were reasonable and very timely

My second experience with Chino was today and I had a problem and my heating It would not come on, so I called Chino and spoke to young lady who said they were very busy and they could not get to me for at least a week.

I asked if there was anything she could do and she was nice enough to put me through to Mark lucky for me and I discussed the issue with Mark on the phone. He didn’t think it was very big and I got lucky and one of his text, had a call cancel Right near me So he swung by My place Aaron was amazing. He was polite, courteous professional he got up in the attic and he fixed the heater in about 10 minutes. It was a very quick fix. It cost me $92 which was phenomenally reasonable and once again Chino heating and cooling comes to the rescue !!

I highly recommend Mark and the crew from Chino heating And cooling they are phenomenal. They are professional nice guys. They get the job done quickly and reasonably. Definitely a 10 in my book !!!
