I’m very happy about my experience with Banner Imaging. This was my first time at this location. I found the waiting area clean with plenty of seating. I only waited a few minutes and was ushered into the room for my procedure. Two kind men helped me get comfortable and answered any questions I had. The CT scan was quick and I left thanking the men.

This was my first time at Banner Imaging (Camino Del Sol address in Surprise). The staff are warm and welcoming. I didn't feel like just a number. The techs were personable and seemed to genuinely care about my comfort. I will chose Banner Imaging at this location over SimonMed on the same street, 1000 X's over!!

Front staff friendly and helpful. The check in process very easy and the wait short.

Admittedly a mammogram isn't something I necessarily look forward to but the woman handling the testing was amazing through it all.

I wish I would have gotten her name but she was very friendly and on top of everything. She was very informative all the way through the testing, quick, and just had that simple matter of fact type of energy that makes something that can seem a little uncomfortable, just seem like a regular part of your day.

Greatly appreciated, and won't hesitate to recommend them and use them myself again in the future.

All of the folks that I came in contact with were excellent to deal with and very concerned about my health and well being. The front desk folks helped me and answered all of my questions. The young woman that helped set up with the IV for the contrast was excellent. The technician had done his homework on me and knew that I was concerned about the contrast as I am allergic to shellfish. He explained that he had reviewed my records all the way back to 2019 and knew that I had never had a reaction particularly since synthetic iodine is now used. Very comforting to deal with professional care givers and I thank them both.

This facility in Sun City West on Camino Del Sol is consistently efficient, professional, clean. Bonus is they have a very nice WIDE BORE 3T MRI machine which is so much better if you have claustrophobia. Easy to make appointments but don't procrastinate - Popular facility.
