Great customer service from all the staff. Very helpful and straightforward on assisting with the customer needs. Came out of state as a new resident and they had made each process smooth and with great skill of following the customer needs. It was good to have someone available to answer questions when I entered. She was very helpful. There were many people waiting, but it was organized. I needed updated AZ travel ID & I was assisted by a knowledgeable clerk. I would visit this location again for the services they offer. I have encouraged friends to go there as well.

Great experience on Saturday getting my Real ID and Drivers License since moving from out of State. It was busy and while waiting for my number, a nice Lady (sorry didn't get her name) was expediting the process by getting people pictures taken and preliminary paper work for what she could. I worked with Ana who was awesome and completed the process and both were super nice and informative. Thank you!!

Only took about 45 min to get my daughter her permit (eye check & picture) (after she did the online at home) only cost $45.00 but done on the weekend very thankful & worth it

Ana assisted me in obtaining an Arizona Driver’s License. She was very kind, pleasant and efficient. I obtained the final driver’s license in less than a week. About a month ago I also visited that office to purchase license tabs for my golf cart. My experience that time was outstanding also. Good job gang!!!
