The folks at Insurance Beacon has carried out insurance on our house as well as our vehicles for 25 years. They are excellent and we have received nothing but the best Service! We have had to , unfortunately place a claim on our home. They were right on spot, with the claim, & setting up professional labor to take care of our repairs. They were polite & prompt. I found Insurance Beacon online and based on reviews, contacted them for quotes for home insurance. I went with them as their rates were good. Later, I added auto but had to link up with my other car insurance in another state. It got fairly complicated and the agent I had originally worked with was not satisfactory, so I asked to work with someone else. Since my accounts have been serviced by Sharon Eisenhower, I have been extremely happy with her service and her knowledge. She is responsive and understands the complexities of the business. It's kind of all about the agent, really.

I've had renters insurance and home owners insurance over the last 50 plus years and I can say Beacon insurance has been by far the best to deal with in every aspect I've delt with.
When buying my home in Wickenburg I talked with several companies and Beacon had the nicest most informative staff of any.
I still feel bad that I had to make a claim (1st one ever) but couldn't have been better service - in fact in dealing with my case they did the best job, bet you don't hear that to often about Insurance companies!
