I should’ve gone with my gut feeling when my first dentist appointment was canceled, correction they asked if I could push back the time because the dentist was still out of town. Which, I was parking in their parking lot when I received this message. I rescheduled because, you know things happen. I got my scan done and scheduled for a cleaning because the dental hygienist didn’t work that day. OK, fine, schedule for that for another day. The day of my cleaning appointment, I get a text message 25-30 minutes before my cleaning appointment, the message said they needed to cancel and reschedule my appointment. I'm down with this place. If you work around appointments don't come here. Only reason for a 2 star because the front desk people are nice and just doing their jobs.

Surprise Location: If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. I went in for 1 wisdom tooth removal, tried telling me I was getting two done and had to pay $400. I explained to them I was not, and only getting one done. Fast forward, I get it done, I was hardly numbed and had to tell the dentist to stop cause I was in so much pain. He continued to yanked, and pull so hard I thought he was going to break my jaw. Got sent home without any antibiotics as a precaution, no ice packs nothing. I had this done on a Thursday and was in such extreme pain ended up going to the ER twice that weekend. They told me to schedule an appointment with the dentist as a follow up & prescribed me more pain relief medicine. I scheduled and went, I explained that my mouth taste gross, I had bad swelling on my cheek, extreme pain going into my ear, temple, and down to my lymph nodes. Without even looking in my mouth, he dumbed it down to my "jaw". Saying I need to get the swelling under control & Im "just not doing well with the pain". Absolutely worst dentist I have ever gone to & now too terrified to go to another cause of this horrible experience. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I am absolutely appalled at how I was treated & worries were dismissed. Horrible, Horrible & Horrible.

I am a client of the litchfield park branch but after being referred here to have a procedure done I am immediately switching offices. The front office was very informed and courteous. The dentist is extremely knowledgeable and prevented me from having an unnecessary root canal. I don’t know how many dentists would do that. I appreciate the honesty and the advice enough to permanently make this my office. Thanks again.

Dr. Skyler and his clinical and Non- clinical support staff are amazing. The office was very bright and inviting, I received a warm greeting, the check-in process was quick and very user friendly. His dental assistant was professional and very polite. Dr. Skyler was professional, polite and extremely gentle.

How many times did they cancel my appointments and their customer service and responses on the phone were irresponsible and the worst. The reason for cancellation were that their doctors could not perform wisdom teeth removal for two appointments and once is for his family emergency.

Not happy with them. I've worn dentures for 43yrs. these have ruff spots behind the front teeth that didn't get polished. the bottoms feel like there TO BIG for my mouth. I've had several sore spots from the bottom plate. "I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING DENTURES FROM THIS PLACE.

I never post anything....not even a star, DO NOT GO THERE., ASK FOR THEIR LICENSE,. I WARNED THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK SOMETHING ISNT RIGHT HERE AND I LEFT AFTER MY PHONY EXAM...NOTHING TO CLEAN TEETH. ALREADY CONTACTED MY INSURANCE. Never in my wildest dreams would a dental business be ran like that in the U.S. what can I say I'm the guy with crappy insurance.

I needed emergency dental care. I called after hours on a Sunday, and received a call back to schedule an office appointment first thing the next day. I was not even an established patient. The entire staff is so caring. I was really lucky to find them.
