We had an outstanding experience with Valet on two different projects and it's the best cabinet company out there in the Valley when it comes to customer experience, design, variety of options/colors and value for money. Cynthia was our designer and she has done an incredible job in transforming our old traditional pantry into a worship area + modern pantry. We had a very unique need to create a hybrid space and she went above and beyond with her creativity and came up with a really cool design. She also collaborated with other partners for a unique backing and the output was stunning. She is very patient, understands the need, doesn't rush, very empathetic, takes pride in her work and ensures customer experience is at the core. I can't think of any other company when it comes to closets. Thank you Cynthia!!

We went to Valet based on our close friend's recommendation - she had got her garage cabinets done by them. We liked the showroom at the very first look - the best part of the initial impression was Jerry Archer. The fact that he had a custom entertainment cabinet with a sound system and TV installed already, helped us a lot.

He suggested we visit the Campbell show room and take a look at the models there. We did that and came back and emailed him about our intent to go ahead. He set up a time to visit our home and take the measurements.

His visit was very productive. He understood our requirement very well. We met him again once he was ready with the initial design. During this meeting, he recommended that we work with his friend and partner, Ron, for the audio/video part. In fact, the design that Jerry made was based on the understanding he had developed over several projects that he did with Ron. This helped us immensely.

We had to go through a few iterations to get the design right and Jerry was very patient and thorough throughout the process. The cabinet was made ready as per the timeline and installers came home and put it in place. There were a couple of small issues to be worked out and Jerry helped a lot in getting those things addressed. He made sure to personally visit and verify that everything was alright, before expecting to make a payment.

Overall, we are very happy with Jerry's professionalism and Valet's design and craftsmanship. We very highly recommend them for anyone who needs a custom cabinet built for their homes.

I absolutely enjoyed working with Cynthia on designing my oddly shaped but large master bedroom walk in closet in our newly purchased home.The end result was excellent! I first came to their office in Danville just to get a feel. Cynthia immediately approached me and showed me around with such sincere attentiveness and interest that I was able to get the feel about who I will be working with. I arranged a home visit to take measurements and all. She was on time and came with the same positive spirit. She then sent me sample designs by email for me to look at before our next meeting. During our meeting which lasted good 2-3 hours we went through everything, height, design, additions and options. She was a pleasure to work with thanks to her easygoing,enthusiastic but thorough approach. I pay attention to details and take time before making any decisions. She made the whole process so pleasant and easy thanks to her flexibility and her prompt replies to my emails . After the meeting in her office where I finalized the design I did a couple of more changes. Again,she was fantastic by listening to my suggestions and changes. She replied to my emails promptly and quickly came up with changes and pricing. After a few weeks installation date was confirmed. Installers turned up on time and did a fantastic job. Cynthia of course came to see my closet after the installation with a new box and hangers as a present. I will be working with her on 3 more projects. I trust that the style and the quality of work will be the same as I experienced with my master bedroom walk in closet. Thank you, Cynthia. I absolutely love my closet

We've worked with Jerry from the Danville office for two fairly large projects in the past 2 years (a wall bed with storage cabinets and closet systems in 3 bedrooms). Both projects exceeded our initial expectations and are exactly what we hoped they'd be. Jerry is extremely knowledgeable on how to set up the closets and aware of details that we would not have thought of (ie shortening the depth of top shelves where the wall would make access challenging). The install crews for both projects were efficient, professional, and tidy. Couldn't have asked for a better experience

Installation, in spite of Covid-19 delays, went smoothly and was done in less than a half day. The closets look great and I am pleased with the entire end to end experience.
