Couldn’t be more pleased with B & B Carpet. Bob visited to measure the area and answered the many questions we had.
The installers were prompt and as professional with their work as Bob was with his. We had previously visited the two big box stores that sold carpet and came away from both very dissatisfied. We highly recommend Bob and his people.

The owner came to measure the area exactly right and offered sound advice when asked about details of the carpets and specific areas I wanted replaced. The installers were at my house exactly on time, and they stayed hours installing more than half the job as I asked: moving furniture, removing carpeting, screwing down squeaky floor boards, installing the thick padding and carpets. We asked that the rest of the job be done a few days later and just as before they were there right on time and job was done including specialty area rugs that had been cut and bound exactly as needed. I recommend this company highly.

Fantastic Company! Kitchen and Bath flooring installation. They did everything from start to finish. Old school company values. They removed and replaced my appliances, replaced the subfloor, installed custom ordered flooring, baseboard molding and replaced all the appliances. They were quick, courteous and their craftsmanship outstanding. This is the way it should be. Thanks, Bob and his crew!

Originally, we were going have installation by Home Depot as we had had a couple good experiences with them installing countertops. However, while the in-store experience with the HD was great, the estimate scheduling, etc for flooring was a bureaucratic mess conducted by people who did not care. Thanks goodness for B&B. We had an outstanding experience with B&B from when we first entered their showroom to pick our floor to the completion of our vinyl plank installation. We hate quarter rounds so it was a challenge for installers Efram and his sons to fit the planks under our kitchen island and cabinetry. But they did an excellent job and they also very mindful of the patterns in planks so that similar planks were not laid near each other. The floor looks great and the price was very reasonable.
