High quality work for a very reasonable price. Felipe built our gate in less than a week, and then made a last minute change AND rejected my offer to pay more.

Customer service was also good, she had our estimate and measuring appointment scheduled the same week we reached out. Communication via email and phone was smooth.

The guy who runs this shop is old school macho. His personality need some adjusting; if it was adjusted upward it would be a 2, maybe. He installed security window bars and used phillip head screws to secure it to the house. Anyone with a screw driver and big enough muscles can remove his expense window bars. And after we mentioned our concerns to him he got a fat attitude! I would never recommend any females using this company.

This review is only for their customer service and not Felipe. Felipe was great, came onsite and did the measurement and was super nice.
But their customer service over the phone and email is horrible! they didn't send me photos promised over an email. I left them a negative review on Yelp and they told me we are not going to work with you because you left that negative review!!!
Take a customer service class if you wanna run a business, when you make a mistake, you make it right, instead of getting mad at the customer!!
