This propane company is no longer locally owned. I switched to them because I was sick of dealing with people on the east coast when I was with Suburban Propane. Now when you call for customer service it goes to the east coast and superior plus propane's employees. These people don't live here, they don't care. My tank is at 26% and no delivery in sight. They're supposed to schedule delivery at 30% on a monitored tank. They want you to have as little gas as possible in the tank to milk you for all the money they can get.

I’ve been a customer for 20 years I’ve made several calls to your staff to explain my losses and costs and I really appreciate them listening to my repeated phone calls about my situation. I especially appreciate the phone call you made to my landlord explaining to him how shut off, capping off, and termination procedures work. A great lesson in civics. A man’s future, and house and reputation is worth $263. Thank you so much for calling my landlord I so appreciate that considerate and helpful humanitarian thought during my time of loss. Customer service (someone named Mona) is the worst I've ever experienced!

The billing is always incorrect and the office manager is rude and condescending when you have a complaint!

Tank rental and propane prices are higher then there competitors!

I had 6 properties being supplied by this company and it was an absolute nightmare!

My advise is to shop for any other propane provider in your area and avoid the anguish I endured for far to long before making a change!

This morning we were completely out of propane for our company... Drove down to Kamps Propane in Delhi and the gentlemen quickly unloaded my two empty tanks and reloaded the full ones! They also tied them down safely how I had them originally! I was there less than five minutes, Excellent Customer Service!

Every time I call in, the main person I talked to named 'Mona' is always very rude. If she is not being rude, she is making the phone conversation hostile. She doesn't listen, but instead talks over you like a totalitarian dictator. She not only makes the business look horrible but makes me feel trapped as a customer. Don't get KAMPS PROPANE FROM DELHI!

After 44 years of loyalty to brand X propane supplier it was time to switch due to late deliveries', high fuel costs, and lack of informative suggestions towards available discounts.

With Kamp's Propane we were able to take advantage of a 39 cent per gallon discount on fuel, quicker deliveries, a lesser hazmat charge of $5.45 at each fill up, GPS monitoring system for usage/delivery, paperless invoicing, easy payment plan and comfortable monthly charges in lieu of the inflated balloon payments at each fill up. We were also not charged for the first years tank rental along with 100 gallons of free fuel.

Unfortunately I had a leak, plumbing issues and improper tank location (not per code) this was all discovered on a Friday afternoon, by mid morning Monday a new trench had been dug (by husband), new plumbing installed, tank relocated, leveled, and filled (by Kamp's) resulting in heat soon thereafter. The team effort all took place within this short timeframe resulting in quick completition with minimal down time and minimal repair costs.

Gouging, high costs, and ignoring is not in Kamp's vocabulary, therefore I highly recommend their service with their friendly employees, professionalism, and team player attitude.

So they charged me $3.59 a gallon because they said I'm not on route. My neighbor Was quoted $2.01 and he's not on route. Kamps propane is crooked. I highly recommend to not use this company. You call and ask for explanation, and you get a bunch of garbage lies coming out the side of there mouth.

Great customer service. We always fill our propane with them. Never had a problem. The ladies at the counter are always sweet and greet u with a smile. I refer them to ppl at work. I will continue to be a customer.
