Purchased some cool Bobster sunglasses from my local vendor, which I loved so much I bought a second pair!
Unfortunately I had some warranty issues but Alexis was quick to assist and made it so easy for me to get them covered under warranty and had some new glasses shipped out to me within days.

Horrible customer service. I bought a pair of glasses and when Received it did not fit my face was too big. I sent an email asking for a return with no response back for over a week. Waited a few more day and emailed all available emails they have provided and told them I would fight the charge on the credit card. Once that emailed was read they answered back with an RA# to return at my cost. No problem I send it back. Been over 2 weeks now since they received it and no credit on my credit. Once again they don’t answer there emails asking when I would receive my credit. I was going to buy another pair from them as I do like the styles they have. But definitely not after this experience. Buyer beware
