I had 6 drawers made by the team at drawer thedepot and had them shipped to Roatan Honduras. A long trip for sure.
The precautions they took for protecting the shipment was unbelievable. I was thinking if the construction were anywhere close to how the packages the drawers, it would be a homerun.
Sure enough, the materials and construction is superb.
I would purchase from them again for future projects.

Ordered from Drawer Depot after extensive research online to find the best option. Loved the countless configuration options that allowed me to get incredibly specific about the build of the custom drawers I was looking to order for my pantry. Process was straightforward, and the tool tips helped answer the questions I had about the configuration options. Order was manufactured and shipped within the estimated time, and even arrived a few days early. The final product (birch ply with dovetail joints) was beautiful and well made. I would definitely buy from the Drawer Depot again.

Great experience with The Drawer Depot from start to finish! I needed a replacement drawer in a custom size and took a chance ordering one online. The dimensions are perfect and it looks amazing, the dovetail joints are a nice upgrade to my previous drawer. They updated me periodically throughout the build process and it arrived in about a week in excellent packaging. Thanks for the hard work and keep it up, I'll be back for sure!

I have used DD many times before this one. It is a disaster. they did not return calls and e-mails. They could not find my drawings for weeks. The did not follow specs for finish, for hardware, for dimensions. Now do not return my mail or calls in my effort to meet them half way. NEVER AGAIN USE THEM.

These guys are great. They are reasonably priced, deliver on time, and provide a very high level of quality and service. They offer delivery services or you can save a little money and pick it up your self at the factory. They have a great web site, and you can order direct from that but don't be afraid to call them if you need something custom. They have made several custom drawer inserts for me, and I have been very happy. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone in the professional cabinet business.

The Drawer Depot web site was easily available on the first page of a Google Search. I had no trouble navigating the site menus and the web pages loaded quickly. Finding the type of drawer I needed and it's available options were easy to discover and use. This site is perfectly suited for requesting custom drawers in the dimensions needed.

The drawer build is of good quality. However, I wish I knew more about drawers prior to ordering. The rails on a half curve slope drawer were installed opposite of what I had anticipated. This being a custom product, there is obviously no return. Yet in my experience, businesses like this often want to retain customers and will offer some mutually agreeable path forward to help said customers. In this area, I found disappointment. And so, I feel three stars is fair. I believe I shall utilize one of the handful of other drawer fabricators found via a Google search for the future projects.
