We had a leaking roof caused by our solar panels. As result we had significant water damage in our kitchen and pantry. Our solar company subcontracted with ServPro to repair and repaint the interior. Jose and his staff were timely, professional and extremely helpful during the process. As advertised, our kitchen and pantry looks like it never happened! We were very pleased with the staff, they were respectful of our home, kept as apprised of their progress and followed up with us to ensure we were pleased with the result. We would highly recommend ServPro to friends and family.

We had water damage caused from a washing machine and our homeowners insurance called out ServPro.
It started with the Remediation team, the teams where they packed out all of our furniture and household items. The Restoration team then came in and restored the house to its original state. Quality of all the employees, workmanship and attention to detail was tremendous. The end result was outstanding. We had no issues during the process and would highly recommend ServPro!

Imagine our surprise, coming home early from a Super Bowl party (because the game was such a snooze), and walking into an overflowing toliet that flooded both kids bedrooms, the guest room, going out into our long hallway 😭

Not knowing what to do, I did a quick Google search, saw the positive reviews for ServPro Rosedale NW and made the call. The answering service passed along our call and we got a callback almost immediately. Becky, who took my call, basically calmed me down because I was freaking out, reassured me it was going to be okay, advised me to reach out insurance co and they'd send someone out 1st thing in the morning. (We had stopped the running water.)

ServPro came the following day and started the mitigation for black water. They were extremely courteous and respectful to us and to our home which I really appreciated. They answered our questions whenever we had them. They always gave us a heads up call before coming over. They were very thorough. The mess got taken care of and everything was dried out according to the moisture reader. From the initial phone call to the mitigation closeout, ServPro folks were great, informative and so very helpful throughout the whole process.

(Our insurance agent was also complementary about SP which put us at ease right from the start.)

I had a water leak under my kitchen floor that caused quite a bit of damage, for a long time. Being a mobile home and having particle board as my subfloor the water destroyed a fair amount of subfloor. The crew from ServePro NW came in, set up equipment, and basically babysat me through the multiple weeks of repairs. I am crazy happy with the final results and will be a big cheer leader for there awesome people! Thank You ServePro!!!!!!!!

My insurance company sent out ServPro. I did not have the best experience. They were not friendly at all. They came unprepared and didn't bring a ladder. I let them use mine in fear they would have to leave and reschedule. They made a mess in my home and didn't clean up after themselves. They dropped equipment on top of my refrigerator. Luckily, it didn't cause damage. They said my whole ceiling and soffit needed to be cut out and replaced, which in fact that was not true. They guessed at how much moisture was in my dining room because I guess it was too much of an inconvenience for them to test. In fact, there was no moisture in my dining room! I felt as if that since they thought it was an insurance claim, they could take advantage. I was anxious for them to leave so I could call my insurance company and let them know I do not want them back in my home. We found an amazing company that listened to us, took good care of our home, and did not need to open our whole ceiling and soffit up. I will neither use ServPro in the future nor recommend them to anyone I know.

Edit to add reply to company: It seems like in all of the reviews where people are displeased, your company gets defensive, puts the blame on the customers, and tries to prove customers wrong. So, it doesn't surprise me that you ignored my complaints and didn't address them in your reply. Instead, you chose to point fingers at things you think I did wrong. That's not very professional.

I did not get "agitated." I expressed that I didn't appreciate your employee removing paint off of my ceiling and causing more damage to my home. She continued to do work way beyond that conversation and did not discontinue the inspection immediately. In fact, she expressed to the man with her she was pressed for time and needed to leave. This is why she did not measure the amount of moisture in our dining room like the insurance company asked her to do and left instead. Also, I was the one who contacted my adjuster IMMEDIATELY after your employees left my home and told my adjuster I did not want your company back in my home. Your company is not the one who discontinued business with me. My adjuster called you and told you not to return. Obviously, you consulted with your employee before you responded to my review about what happened, but she is not being honest with you. I felt as if removing the whole entire ceiling and soffit in my home was going overboard and this was proven correct when another company came out and cut a small portion out of the ceiling and soffit and dried out the whole area. Your company seems out to get money by doing excessive and unnecessary work and not concerned for their customers.

Thank you for the amazing work at resorting my mother’s damaged home. The project held many unknown factors that caused delays that were out of our control, but through it all ServePro helped me get the house repaired. While many other companies can do this type of work, none can match the professionalism, dedication and superior customer service this team provided us. The office team of Angelique and Brian were with me throughout the entire process; they exemplified excellent customer service, communication and support.
