This place flat out ripped me off! Sent a trailer in for no start. They called and said it’s the battery. I told them it was replaced 5 months ago AT A THERMO KING DEALER. They asked for an invoice, then said it will be under warranty. That’s the last contact I had with them. They charged the driver almost $700.00!!!! Didn’t contact me with estimate or any information. Asked driver if he was paying the bill. $700 to swap a battery that’s under warranty!

Excellent services here and took my trailer in the shop immediately due to temperatures problems and technicians found the problem quickly n found the wiring’s difficult connection to the battery, there was some corrosion build up in the connections.. Problem solved!

Had a forklift go through the reefer they spent the time getting it fixed and getting it fixed right customer service was absolutely amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Oh and also had a whole bunch of bulk carrots get shot into the blower motor they cleaned up the whole entire mass and made sure that everything was running properly so I can get back on the road

To the individual who left the review about me making racist comments: I'm curious to know what exactly you think you may have heard that constituted me being racist towards my staff. That is, if you were actually a legitimate customer and not a disgruntled employee, who was recently terminated and figured you'd leave a comment like that in an attempt to defame my character. In any event, I consider my staff to be the backbone of the company. I go above and beyond to see that they are treated with respect and ensure they are well taken care of. I consider each and everyone of them part of my family and would give the shirt off my back to help any one of them and have done so on numerous occasions. That being said, it was my "mistreated" staff that brought your review to my attention, because they couldn't believe a comment like that had been publicly posted. So by all means, stop by the dealership at your earliest convenience and introduce yourself. My staff and I would love to have a face to face conversation with you regarding your deplorable comment.

The service was good not a long wait time, but I did witness the supervisor being racist to some
Of the employees. I think his name is Brandon. Won’t be doing service here again. I’ll take my business elsewhere where the supervisors treat their employees well. I hope HR looks into this.

Went to this place for 1st time ,after hours guy was quick and fixed the freon leak , 2nd time got there for reefer shut off bad fuel solenoid, they worked on unit for over 2 hrs, couldn’t fix saying “We Don’t have that part” i left to get it fixed somewhere else,called fresno TK they said “Bakersfield TK” this location got part in stock, called this place for part, the answer was “Yes we got 4 in stock.. Im still confused why they didn’t put it on my reefer unit when i was there 😏 i was driving around with Reefer off and loaded trailer

Very bad experience drop trailer last week for service. They did service and told me u r injection pump is bad I said ok replace it . Spend 5300$ and pick up my trailer next day trailer is shut down 2 time I bring it back now they charge me another 2.5 hours labor to found the plm . Plz b careful.

Great place to take any trailer/reefer work to. I personally own a 40ft. flatbed trailer and the times I have taken it in, the service has been great & repairs completed fast. Would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for trailer and reefer repair. Management is amazing & the service department is the best!
