3/8/2019 1:30pm Manor St bridge northbound, guy driving one of their trucks pulls into lane in front of me, apparently I was too close to him, not really sure why he then decides to drive his truck in and out of every large puddle throwing mud and rocks on my car. Great guy, didn't get a good look at him.
