This company is trash! The people who left reviews are employees. The owner Mark Grant is a arrogant unprofessional smart ass. Then he has his assistants (Unprofessional)who sits around and argue on the internet when you speak the truth about them. There are several people in my neighborhood who have been trying to get Grant Construction to fix issues and NOTHING has been done! Warranties run out and nothing done! They start facebook groups for the neighborhoods so they can see when something bad is said about them. They then delete the post and the person. Oh and they don't live in the neighborhood. If you can go with another builder, I would.
