My review is primarily about the hiring process and so far the front office has been very profesional when I have asked for the hiring manager. I was able to meet very shortly with Ben who administer the company safety and hiring. He was very polite and explained that beginning of the year in addition to current economic trends in the construction industries vary and for me to check mid April.
The closest place to learn how to work with the heavy machinery is in San Bernardino, so I will apply for an apprentice and or yard help to start

Guinn Construction is one of the most recognizable institutions in Bakersfield. Nobody has more class, Ownership are very down to earth people who tell the truth at all costs. The work they do is incredible. Do not shop around, go right to Guinn!!!!!
